Monika is located on Tomáše Bati Avenue in the Louky district of Zlín. There is parking by the shop, and the entrance is wheelchair accessible.

Besides bouquets, Monika also takes care of planting flower boxes and decorating interiors. Bouquets are hand-tied by florists from fresh flowers. The range includes birthday bouquets, bouquets for loved ones and funeral bouquets, as well as roses, sunflowers, tulips and orchids, complemented by gifts to go with flowers, flower baskets and Christmas bouquets with Advent wreaths.

Delivery is handled by the flower shop itself rather than by a carrier. An order placed on a working day is delivered the same day, and the customer chooses the delivery day and time. The sender receives an email confirmation. Personal pickup is possible directly at Monika. Orders for weekends or public holidays must be placed on the preceding working day, with exceptions for days such as Valentine's Day, International Women's Day or Mother's Day. Payment is made online by card, and a gift and a personal message can be added to the order. Delivery also covers Otrokovice, Napajedla, Vizovice, Slušovice, Fryšták and Želechovice nad Dřevnicí.
