Flower Delivery in Ostrata from a Local Florist

Ostrata lies about 10 km north-east of Zlín, at the foot of the Hostýnské vrchy and Vizovické vrchy ranges. The first written record of the village dates to 1391.

Ostrata remained part of Zlín until the end of 2000. Following a referendum, it became an independent municipality on 1 January 2001. A stone cross dating from 1837 stands on the village green. The village also has the Chapel of St Anne and a memorial to the victims of the world wars.
